This notice concerns the corporate website of Zuwah.com Limited (“Zuwah”, “we”, “us”) and enquiries made through its listed contact channels. Zuwah is the controller of personal information it receives and uses for those enquiries and for operating this website.

This notice does not replace a separate client agreement, employment notice or product privacy notice. Smash6 is featured as a Zuwah portfolio product; its gaming accounts, identity checks, payments, lottery participation and product operations are outside this corporate website and require their own privacy information.
Our handling of personal information is subject to the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable Nigeria Data Protection Commission requirements. This notice explains processing; reading it is not consent to unrelated processing.

Information involved
- Information you choose to send: your name, email address, enquiry topic, message and any contact, organisation or project details you include in correspondence. Your email service may also include normal email headers and a signature.
- Technical connection information: hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser or device information, referring URLs and security events to deliver and protect the website.
- Follow-up records: replies, meeting arrangements and the information needed to understand and respond to your request.
The site does not ask for bank details, government identity documents, health information or passwords. Please do not include these, children’s information, or other people’s personal information unless necessary, lawful and specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
Information is supplied by you or generated when your browser connects to the hosting service. This site does not purchase contact lists or combine your visit with advertising profiles.

How the enquiry form works
The form checks the fields in your browser and creates a draft addressed to info@zuwah.com. It is not connected to a submission database or a form-delivery service. Typing in the form or selecting “Prepare your email” does not itself deliver a message to Zuwah. We receive it only if you send it through your email service.
The name, email, topic and message fields are needed to prepare a useful draft, not to browse the site. You can instead contact us using the email address or telephone number above. If you do not provide contact information, we may be unable to reply.
The optional “Copy enquiry” control writes your draft to your device’s clipboard only when you select it. The site does not read your clipboard. Your browser, operating system and email provider may keep their own drafts, history or clipboard records under your settings and their policies.

Why information is used
Responding to an enquiry
We use your contact details and message to answer questions and discuss relevant opportunities. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence, balanced against your rights. Where you personally ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, the necessary pre-contractual processing is based on that request.
Delivering and protecting the website
Technical information supports page delivery, fault diagnosis and abuse prevention. The basis is the legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure corporate website, limited to what is necessary and proportionate.
Legal responsibilities and disputes
We may use relevant records to comply with an applicable legal obligation or lawful demand. Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims may also be a legitimate interest where applicable. These purposes do not justify keeping unrelated information.
We do not treat an enquiry as permission to add you to a marketing list. If a future use requires consent, we must request it separately and explain the choice. Cookies, storage & third-party hosting
The Zuwah website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, load tracking pixels, or use third-party font or map embeds. Its fonts and images are served with the website. It does not save enquiry content to local storage or session storage.
An earlier version saved a non-personal animation preference on your device. That control has been removed; when the updated homepage runs, it attempts to remove only the obsolete zuwah-motion-paused entry. It does not clear other browser data. Motion now respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.
Hosting providers may use essential security technologies, depending on the hosting configuration. These are separate from Zuwah’s enquiry form. This corporate website does not provide visitor sign-in or collect an account password. Contact us for details about hosting-layer cookies and logging relevant to your visit.
If non-essential tracking is introduced, this notice and any necessary consent controls must be updated before it is activated. You may also manage cookies and site data through your browser settings.

Who may receive information
Access should be limited to people and providers who need information for the purposes described here. Depending on the interaction, recipients may include:
- Relevant Zuwah personnel responding to your enquiry or managing the website.
- Hosting, security, email and IT-support providers involved in operating the website or delivering correspondence.
- Professional advisers when necessary for advice, compliance or a dispute, subject to appropriate confidentiality duties.
- Courts, regulators or other authorities where disclosure is required by law or necessary for a lawful legal claim.
This corporate site has no personal-data sale or targeted-advertising feature. Featuring Smash6 does not automatically pass your enquiry to a gaming account or register you for that product. Any new recipient or materially different purpose must have an appropriate legal basis and notice.

International processing
Zuwah is based in Nigeria. Hosting and email services can involve servers or support personnel outside Nigeria, and the location depends on the providers used for the relevant service. A server’s location is not established by the website’s domain name.
A transfer for which Zuwah is responsible must meet applicable Nigerian cross-border requirements. An adequacy decision, a recognised safeguard or another permitted legal ground must support it; where consent is required, it must be separately obtained with the required information. Merely using this website is not blanket consent to an international transfer.

How long information is kept
The form itself has no server-side enquiry store. Once you send an email, the resulting correspondence is a separate business record. Retention must be limited to the time needed for its lawful purpose, rather than kept indefinitely simply because storage is available.
- General enquiries: the relevant period depends on resolving the request, any genuine follow-up and whether a business relationship results.
- Contract or dispute records: relevant records may need to be kept for applicable legal, accounting or claims-related periods. An actual preservation obligation can delay deletion.
- Technical logs: the necessary security and troubleshooting period depends on the hosting provider’s configuration and any incident being investigated.
Ask us about a particular record or request deletion at info@zuwah.com. Where information has already been lawfully deleted or irreversibly anonymised, it cannot be retrieved for an access request; statutory rights and valid preservation duties still apply.

Security & sensitive information
Personal information must be protected using technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks. This includes limiting unnecessary collection and access, using appropriate provider arrangements and responding to security incidents. No website or email system can guarantee complete security.
Do not send confidential technical credentials, financial information or sensitive personal information through a general enquiry. Contact us first if a secure exchange or confidentiality agreement is needed. If a personal-data breach occurs, any notification to affected people and the regulator must follow the applicable legal thresholds and deadlines.

Your rights & how to use them
Subject to applicable legal conditions, you can ask to access and obtain a copy of your personal information, correct inaccuracies, erase information, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive or transfer information where portability applies. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it and exercise applicable rights concerning solely automated decisions.
Send a request to info@zuwah.com, preferably with the subject “Privacy request”, or write to our address above. Explain the right you wish to exercise and enough context to locate the relevant information. We may ask for proportionate identity verification to avoid disclosing information to the wrong person; do not send an identity document unless it is reasonably required through an appropriate channel.
Requests must be handled within the applicable legal period. If a lawful exception or extension applies, we should explain it and the available complaint options. You do not have to close an enquiry or accept marketing to exercise your rights.
You may complain directly to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) and use available judicial remedies. Contacting us first can help resolve an issue, but it is not a condition of approaching the regulator.

Children & product boundaries
This is a corporate information website, not a service directed at children. We do not solicit children’s personal information through it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact us so that it can be assessed and handled appropriately.
Smash6 is presented as an 18+ product. This website does not verify gaming eligibility, create a player account or permit participation. Product-specific age, location, privacy and responsible-play requirements must be addressed by that product’s own operator and legal documents.
